The standard color of the Poly Pro brand is bright orange. It is associated with the quality of our products, although the pigment does not affect the performance of polyurethane parts. Which colors of polyurethane parts can you choose?

For some clients, the ability to choose the color of polyurethane parts is an important service. The reasons vary: for some, a corporate color may be needed, others want bushings to match the color of their favorite car. You can even order parts in the color of your partner’s eyes!

We manufacture polyurethane parts in:

• orange

• yellow

• red and pink

• blue

• green

• black, and more

Shades and color blends can be discussed.

The coloring of polyurethane parts is determined by the pigment added to the raw material. It does not affect the final performance of the parts. Therefore, we assure you that PolyPro bushings of any color other than orange perform just as long as the standard orange ones, but the warranty only applies to the brand’s signature orange color.

Why are bushings of a different color slightly more expensive than orange ones?

The cost of producing bushings in any color other than the standard orange is 30% higher. This is because a customized approach is required for such orders, and all details need to be coordinated. A significant factor in the cost is that after preparing the colored mixture, the leftover volume must be disposed of, as there is a minimum required amount for proper polyurethane processing according to the technology.

Standard orange bushings, on the other hand, are manufactured on an industrial scale and stored in large quantities at the warehouse—currently 65,000 units.

However, you can discuss special conditions with a manager for producing a large batch of parts in a specific color. In such cases, there may be no additional cost for the color. There is one exception in our pricing for non-standard colors. We offer black parts at the same price as orange ones. Why?

If a car owner needs to pass a technical inspection, we understand that inspectors may question unusually bright-colored parts. Black bushings visually resemble rubber ones.
