We manufacture polyurethane products for the suspension of all car brands from high-quality raw materials - cast three-component polyurethane. Turning and sandblasting work is carried out by qualified specialists on modern equipment. The OTK department conducts internal control of finished products. All these aspects allow us as a manufacturer to provide a written one-year warranty for each unit of products from the catalog.

 

Here are the steps that guarantee the reliability of the connection of the outer casing, polyurethane part and metal sleeve, which allows us to put our signature and seal on the warranty card:

 

turning the metal part with a non-serrated surface on the latest machines;

 

sandblasting;

 

coating the metal with a special primer for a reliable connection with polyurethane.

 

Therefore, Poly Pro parts can withstand high loads. The polyurethane itself will break faster than the place where it is connected to the metal. But if suddenly such a nuisance occurs within a year from the date of purchase with a correctly installed spare part, we will replace the part with a new one without any questions. If you ordered a non-standard spare part - either its hardness is different, or it has a different color, or some other individual parameters, then the one-year warranty for such products does not apply.

 

The warranty is not provided for parts of a different color, it is provided only for parts of the branded orange color.

 

The warranty is not provided for such categories as agricultural machinery, commercial machinery, individual manufacturing. The warranty applies only to the passenger car category.

 

The warranty is not provided for products that have a different hardness from standard parts. Including the HARDNESS product line or products that were made to order with a change in the hardness of the material

 

Nevertheless, products made to order also undergo internal control and are designed to last as long as possible.

 

If the part is not installed according to the VIN code, that is, the OEM part must be installed differently on your car. Even if it is similar or installed as a native one, the warranty still does not apply. Because, in fact, the part can be installed, but it must have a different design.

 

The engine mounts are not guaranteed against vibration.

 

If the parts have characteristic signs of damage when installed with a hammer or welding.

 

The warranty is valid only on the territory of Ukraine.

 

What is the warranty?

 

The warranty consists in replacing the defective part with a new one. Refunds for the installed or defective part are not possible. In cases. When the client's bracket was restored or when the client purchased the bracket together with the service, the warranty consists in re-restoring the client's bracket.

 

What is needed for a warranty replacement?

 

To replace the part, if the warranty period has not expired, you need to send the warranty card and the defective part to the production. Our specialists will analyze, check the batch of the actual part, according to the documents and, if confirmed, send a replacement or re-restor it.

 

There are cases when the manufacturer can go to meet the client and carry out a warranty replacement without first sending the parts to production, but in this case the client must make a video recording in one frame, where the defect in the part will be clearly visible and if this information is sufficient, then they will first carry out the replacement, and then you will send the defective parts to the manufacturer.

 

Exchange and return of all polyurethane spare parts is carried out in accordance with the Law of Ukraine On Consumer Protection.
